Gaming Extravaganza - with Games On Wheels Kent at Staplehurst Apr2025

We are super excited to welcome back GAMES ON WHEELS KENT.  A must for all the young gamers out there!  The gaming bus will be located in our carpark and can accommodate up to 16 children, with all of them playing at the same time.  

Bring along your child solo to play with other likeminded gamers, or why not get together with your friends and while the kids are gaming, take advantage of being child free for an hour and a half, and do a spot of retail therapy in the Garden Centre and/or have a catch up in our onsite Cafe!  Please take time to read and understand our setup before booking tickets as it may not suit all children.

Each session is 90 minutes.  This event is aimed at children aged 7+ (Strict minimum age policy: No child under 7 will be allowed on the bus. Proof of age may be requested).

PLEASE READ: This is a group event and your child will play with other boys and girls they won't necessarily know. There will be a mix of ages and abilities at each session.  The Game Coach will place children into 4 groups of 4 children, swapping players throughout the session. Each child will have their own seat and game controller, and each group will have a 40" flatscreen and game console.  Groups will decide amongst themselves which game(s) they will play.  If you book as part of a group, please make this known to the Game Coach, upon arrival, and, if possible, they will be placed in the same group. For those booking a single ticket, please understand your child will be placed in a group who may or may not already know each other.  Games available have been carefully selected with the multiplayer function in mind, including FIFA, Minecraft, Trails Fusion, Mario Kart 8, Rocket League, NBA, Super Smash Bros, Knack, Starwars Battlefront, WWE, Lego Marvel Super Heros, Sonic Racing, Borderlands, Mario 3D World and many more...

During the session, adults are not able to board the bus. An adult must however remain onsite at all times in case of emergency.  Adults are welcome to browse/shop in the Garden Centre and/or visit the onsite Green Cafe while the children are gaming.  

Tickets are £15 per child and booking is essential.

Each child ticket admits 1 participating child (minimum age 7). An adult must remain on site at all times.

Booking is essential and places are limited to 16 children per session.

Each session runs for 90 minutes.

Adults are not permitted on the bus during the gaming session.

Adults will be required to read and sign the Games on Wheels Disclaimer form before the session. A copy can be issued in advance upon request.

The bus does not have wheelchair access however participation is possible if your child is able to be carried and sit unaided.

The Games on Wheels Gaming Coach holds an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

Please note: Tickets are not refundable however, subject to availability, we can move your booking onto an alternative session, providing at least 3 days' notice is given.
